Run India
This popular event attracted 189 under 14's and 171 seniors in 20-19 and the next race will be held on SUNDAY 27 FEBRUARY 2011 .
Through the generosity of several UK running clubs as well as many individuals, all Indian runners receive a cash prize.
Why not combine a holiday in the lovely State (great food, lovely hot climate and the most wonderful people) and run in the event that starts at 07.30 (well, it is India and it could be nearer 8 o'clock!!!!).
In addition we stage fun runs for under 9's and under 14's and all children get a school exercise book, a school pen and a few Rupees
There are at least 6 international airlines (Qatar, Gulf, Emirates, Sri Lankan, Etihad and Kuwait) that fly to Trivandrum (16kms away). Also, there are many internal low cost airlines within India should you be elsewhere in the country
