The above events are now being run with permits from the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) -Membership No 103 - and not through UK Athletics.
Prizes are awarded at most events but only where there are a minimum of 3 runners in a particular age category
It is always a joy to see members of the Epsom Allsorts (in green) and Epsom Oddballs (in yellow) enjoying their sport as I was involved in their creation in the late 1980's whilst working in the town

Momentum Sports is a running website aimed at helping with all aspects of the sport, from training tips to online forums and finding races, physios and kit to online coaching. They have been online for 8 years and have coached hundreds of athletes and provided information for thousands of others.
